Mediocre at best

The resort is not designed well. We had to take 3 elevators and a good hike, to get to the one pool that played music. The food is mediocre. The Xhale lounge was very nice. Pedro was our bar tender several days. His attention to detail was impressive.

I was very happy with the location. I was a bit confused about the layout of the hotel. Food was very good. Loved the environment at the pool. I was disappointed with late night food choices.

Will definitely go back and stay at BCS. The beach is stunning and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Everything is very clean & well-appointed, and the vibe is very open, accommodating, and friendly. There is kind of the perfect amount of everything: the right amount of pool scene, the right number of different food options, the right size of property. Should you want to explore the nearby parts of the city, it is all an easy walk, and for the places within driving distance, the hotel staff had taxis available in no time at all. We lounged here for a girls weekend & truly had the best time!

Service was amazing specifically Justin and Mariano. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The rooms and location were perfect. The resort is right in the heart of the city giving tons of options to do on and off resort. We absolutely loved our time so much and can’t wait to come back!
