Amazing experience. The reserve service was exceptional our Concierge Cristina went above and beyond and took care of her really need. Carlos set up our Cabanas. He made us feel so special and he was so p...rofessional, friendly and extremely accommodating. Kevin at the reserve restaurant was increíble and made us feel extremely welcome and pampered. Amir the server at the reserve pool also gave us a great service. And attended to our every need and was Very attentive. The food at the hotel restaurants was incredible my daughter and I are both vegan and this is one of the best hotels we have ever experienced. All of the restaurants had great options and the food was fantastic. Especially the Italian restaurant. We did the candlelight dinner and it was one of the highlights of the trip I highly recommend it. My compliments to the chef it was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent Resort, excellent food, excellent customer service and we would like to give Aide the Lobby Ambassador five stars because she was always willing to help us out and I spilled and stained my white... shirt the first day and she immediately took care of it and returned my clean white shirt better than ever!! We will definitely be back.
