Quiet and relaxing week!

We spent a wonderful relaxing week at the Paradisus. This was our third visit to this resort. If upgrading to Reserve is in your budget we highly recommend it. Our butler was Juliet. She gave us excellent service the entire week. Juliet made all our dinner and cabana reservations all week. She checked in with us every day to make sure we were having an excellent vacation. Andres had a cabana ready for us daily. It was so nice to have a shady spot to get out of the hot sun. Max with the million dollar smile took care of us all week by the pool. He was always checking to make sure our beverages were cold and refreshing. We enjoyed breakfast every morning at Sante where Karina waited on us daily. We had the pleasure of meeting Cesar who took care of us at Sal’s for dinner one evening. Excellent service and so nice to talk to. We enjoyed all the restaurants. The food truck by the pool had a beef burrito my husband ate 3 times. Fresh Paella was made one day by the pool. Don’t miss it! If you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway this is the resort for you.
Adult only lacks activities

This hotel lacks activities for the guest. The liquor is not top shelf. And food is just ok. It’s an adult only hotel so you expect a more fun environment. I wasn’t looking to party until I drop but so activities by the pool or beach would be appreciated. The soccer game was on n they don’t have a sports bar. Everything is a no. The employees here try their best to make sure the guest is having a good time. It’s upper management who’s disconnected.
