We have been here many times & the person who helped us check in this time made it effortless for us. She has been helpful in getting us dinner reservations & any questions and issues we have had. Karla w...as the best! When you check in, maybe you will get lucky enough to get her!
Best place to vacation with family

We have been coming to PBS for over 15 years and 12 with the kids and we ALWAYS have a magnificent time here. Parliett at the pool is amazing. Customer service is top notch and the food (nachos, fish tacos..., wings, burgers and drinks ; mesacalitas and mojitos) have never disappointed! Christian and Evan are great with the pool activities. Fernando and Joxan are very pleasurable to talk to. Always asking us every time we come how our stay is and how can they improve any services. We come here 2-3 times a year along with the Rose and will never venture. The safety here is subpar and we truly love it here wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!
