Sunset Beach is fabulous! Especially the personnel. By far the best is Isabel Loera. She is the front desk supervisor/manager. She was professional, polite and always looking for ways to help you out. Very... customer oriented with a smile no matter the situation. She definitely is an example of great customer service service and always makes you feel welcome. Great facility and always clean.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset is amazing. This is my first time here and I had Parliett and Roberto as my servers at the main pool. They are the best! Great service all around! The Sky Pool is also another place yo...u need to go at this location! The view is the best, and the weather is amazing as well!! Recommend!

This review is a little late, but I just want to start by saying how much I truly enjoy Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. I’ve been visiting this resort for over five years now, and it never disappoints. I did h...ave one hiccup two years ago due to a procedure I underwent, but the staff handled it with grace and professionalism, going out of their way to make amends. That experience only deepened my appreciation for their commitment to service. The staff here is simply wonderful—from the Manager on Duty, Hugo, and Italia, to the hardworking team that keeps this massive and beautiful property running smoothly. Hugo, in particular, made my girlfriend’s and my stay magical. It was her first time at the resort, and he went above and beyond to make it special. He helped us with restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us throughout our stay. He also pointed out fun activities to do both at Sunset and at the sister properties, Rose and Blanco. Thanks to Hugo, we stayed in a stunning, spacious Executive Suite with one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms—right on the sand. Sitting on our balcony, listening to the waves and watching the ocean was pure bliss. The resort itself is beautifully nestled on the beaches of Pedregal. With eight restaurants and seven pools, it's spacious enough that even at full capacity, you never feel crowded. We never had to wait long for anything and could always get a reservation. We kept the cart drivers busy because my girlfriend made sure we visited every pool on the property—and I'm glad she did! Her favorite was the main pool, where there were always fun activities like water aerobics and volleyball. My personal favorite was the Sky Pool—perfect for watching sunsets while sipping tequila. The view from up there is absolutely breathtaking. We also loved the variety of dining options. From the incredible steaks at LaFrida and Primavera, to sushi at Tazuna and Zhao Shen, to casual bites and themed buffets, every meal was a hit. They even have a sports bar where I caught NBA games, sang karaoke, and grabbed late-night snacks. The food and service were top-notch across the board. If you’re looking to explore more, the resort provides a shuttle to their sister properties. I visited Pueblo Bonito Rose to relax on the beach and head into town. It's great to have the flexibility to enjoy cocktails at the resort before heading out to spots like Taboo at the ME Hotel or the lively Mango Deck. In short, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach continues to be my go-to vacation destination. I'm so grateful for another memorable stay and can't wait to return. A huge thanks to Hugo and the entire team for making our trip so special!

Sunset is such a fun resort! The main pool is our favorite place to go everyday! We love the vibes, the pool in general, the food, drinks, and service. Elezar is one of the best! He took care of us for sev...eral days, and did an amazing job! He got to know us and treated us amazingly everyday he was our server!!!

I'd like to give a shout out to Hugo Salinas, who is the Front Office Supervisor at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. We had an issue with our 4 week reservation and he immediately responded to our needs and per...sonally took care of us from the moment we arrived in the main lobby to register. The Pueblo Bonito organization is very lucky to have him in the position he is in to assist their clients in a thoughtful, professional manner. Well done Hugo, we appreciate you.
