I love this hotel, grounds, staff, food, pools, etc. I have been here several times and the relationships we've built with staff have us returning. De Cortez was great with Jonathan and Alejandro serving us. I love the romaine salad and the caprese flatbread. My morning always starts with a smile and hug from Rocio in Tomatoes. I always look forward to seeing what mexican dishes are on the breakfast buffet. Thomas at the pool is one of the hardest working I know and his pleasant personality makes him such a likeable guy! Hugo is a great server at the pool and I always look forward to seeing him. Omar is also one of the best. It is always a pleasure to see him. Finally, I met Carmen years ago when she was at the concierge desk. She always takes time out of her busy schedule to say hello, now that she works in an office. I can't wait to come back and visit in a few months! It's a beautiful place to stay and I look forward to seeing those I call friend!
