Main Building Guest Rooms: July 1 through October 7, 2024 work will be carried out in rooms located in independent buildings, closing each building as its renovations are completed.
The hotel is taking all necessary actions to mitigate the impact this process may have on guest experience. Measures such as limiting working hours and days, strict supervision, and reducing traffic are among the steps being taken. No heavy machinery will be involved in the refurbishing project.

The resort is beautiful, the staff & hospitality incredible. The grounds and location are perfect. It’s a bummer they’re remodeling & painting the resort to match all the others in the area… a white vanilla shell, taking away the exquisite existing colors that reflect Mexican culture & a beautiful sunset. The pool menu needs work for sure, it’s limited & a disappointment with so many great chefs & ingredients in Mx. We were here during construction but the staff & ownership were very accommodating and made a great effort to keep alternate menus for locations shut down, open in a different location. I would say a lot of food was really salty but you can’t beat the pools, the beach, the location and the rooms. We stayed between the 1500 and 1800 buildings and they were absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this resort and would return again.
