Average

Overall the stay was average. Staff were very nice room was clean. They didn’t mention to me all the walking that is required. We did 3 days 2 nights and we were not able to book a ala carte dinner. Dinner... buffet was not good. Food looked like leftovers. Breakfast buffet was res good and a la carte lunch was delicious. Hard to get the golf carts to transfer with in hotel.

Beautiful Manzanillo stay

almostbrenda (Austin, Texas) on Mar 18, 2025

Overall beautiful views, great value for the price, and a nice getaway for couples or families. Make sure you ask for extra caffeinated coffee pods for your coffee machine, they only give one caffeinated a...nd one decaf per day. The buildings can be a little dated inside but they are clean and spacious.

A Disappointing Stay: Neglected Facilities but Exceptional Service

jobmnz (Guadalajara, Mexico) on Mar 15, 2025

The rooms were neglected; the bathroom had mold, and the shower was missing a part. It definitely does not live up to the price, and I wouldn't classify it as a family hotel. They don't clean the pool duri...ng the day, so it had many branches and insects. However, I do recognize the warmth of the employees; they were impeccable.

Over the top service!!

Shelley B (Renton, Washington) on Mar 05, 2025

Very few people there and the service is over the top. Love that you just call a cart to take you from one spot to another since my husband walks with a cane and there are no elevators. The views are spe...ctacular! The food leaves something to be desired. Even at the specialty restaurants the steaks were tough and overcooked. They should make it easier to make dinner reservations since the concierge is only there sporadically and it would have been nice to know what was going on nightly. We would have missed the fiesta if we hadn't have seen them setting up and asked. Overall, it was wonderful and we are already hoping to return.

NOT for Americans!!!

Madeline B on Mar 03, 2025

My boyfriend and I had a terrible time at Las Hadas. We are from Los Angeles and had been travelling around Mexico for the month of February (with no other issues) and Las Hadas was supposed to be our last... stop the final week and it was such a bad experience that we had to check out early!! First of all and the biggest issue - my boyfriend got sick from the (overpriced if not doing all inclusive) breakfast buffet - we were careful to try to not eat fresh fruits/veggies and avoid tap water but what was served to him STILL got him sick and we had to sit in the room the one whole day we actually were at the resort. And with the limited food options available on property and the fact we were told by multiple uber drivers it isn't safe for us to leave the property (multiple security gates to enter) - we weren't even sure how we were going to eat while being there. Now in addition to the already existing issue - the staff could speak basically zero english. No one wanted to speak to or serve us and I had to sign a huge contract only in Spanish upon arrival. I had to call upon my high school spanish to communicate to the front desk we needed an early check out to take care of my sick boyfriend and I asked for a refund the best I could which I have NOT received and no follow up communication at all. I will be following up with customer service for Brisas Group to try to recover the lost money.
