Kids’ Waterpark Maintenance
The Kids’ Water Park at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa will be out of service for maintenance work from April 27 - May 31, 2025. During this time, families visiting will still have access to a variety of activities including the Miniclub, the beach and other resort facilities which will continue to operate as usual. The hotel will make every effort to minimize any impact to the guests’ experience.

Honest review, just returned from 11 night stay at grand palladium Lady Hamilton. we have mixed feeling about this resort. It’s a lovely location and hotel but it needs some refurbs. It’s definitely not a... 5 star, although we could see why it would have been at some point. Room view was gorgeous, beautiful sea view and very spacious however did need a good jet wash, floors looks like they haven’t been cleaned properly in years with ingrained dirt, it smelt of damp some days from dirty mop too. Stains on furniture which could easily be wiped. Air conditioning in the room is terrible, we were so hot at night. Reported it broke 3 times with no improvement. Bed is large but creaks a lot every time you move, so we didn’t sleep well. 90 percent of staff were lovely, polite, welcoming, just a small number had a bad attitude, one bar tender in sports bar seriously needs to get another job, he is so miserable and rude (RW) to the point we hated getting served by him. Food was good in Buffet most days, I wouldn’t bother with al a carts, long waits and food is better in the buffet. Steaks house we waited over 2 hours for our food, then left it due to poor quality, Indian restaurant was terrible too. Good points large pool and pool bar staff were fab, very friendly, and entertaining. Beaches are lovely, resort beautiful, miss lou’s is great addition, evening entertainment was good, just few rude Americans in large groups at infinity bar do try and intimidate smaller groups and couples out of their seats, this needs to be addressed. Eg sitting in seat when my man goes bar and refusing to get up, and surrounding area, also others smoking weed right next to us. Quite a few couples were saying the same thing happened to them. Spa treatments are expensive so we didn’t have one here but were asked at least 4 times a day. Reduce your prices and you will get more custom. trips we enjoyed Dunns River falls and original blue hole and ricks cafe via catamaran. We spent a lot of money on this holiday, not sure it was worth it. We are from UK and have been on better long haul holidays to be honest. Overall it was good, glad we went but I wouldn’t return.
