My husband and I did a last minute trip to Sandals Royal Caribbean. Butler service was included in the package wasn’t expecting much from the service but WOW! If you happen to be lucky enough to have Gayann as one of your butlers you have hit the jackpot! From the moment we met her she took care of us. She knew what we wanted before we did! She was so friendly and helpful. A couples massage on the island was amazing! The restaurants were fantastic. Our favorites were the Thai and Butches Steak House be sure to get reservations as soon as you can the first day of your stay. We were there 5 nights and were not ready to leave. The property is beautiful and very clean. We will be back!

An excellent trip!! All staff & accommodations were top tier. From the bartenders and wait staff to the maintenance man Tyreek and our housekeeper. Smiling faces and too notch service. Can’t wait to come back and see all our new friends again!

The staff is absolutely the best! Bossy and Katrina took great care of us as our butlers and Rosan was a fabulous housekeeper. She was so friendly and kind. The property was very well maintained and clean. I highly recommend getting a room with a butler .

Rosan our stewardess kept our room very clean. JP and Mel were great butlers, always asked us if we needed anything and brought it to us asap. Food at the resort was fantastic no matter what restaurant we went to. All of the workers were very friendly.
