Don't stay if you value food and service

I've travelled all over the world, and this resort tops the list on the worst food and service. Avoid at all costs if you do not like tasteless food, slow and rude service, and don't be fooled by the photo...shopped images online, this property is aging and it shows.
Bad Experience

I went for a Bachelorette Party to this resort thinking we was going to have the fun of our lives. Food was not what we was expecting, night life dead, only the sports bar was available after 6PM for drink...s unless you went to a restaurant, sports bar never had any food we order. We order a package for the bride to be, of petals, tea light and a bottle of champagne for $65.00, we only received the petals and when called to complain they did not remove the charge being that the petals are order from an outsider, which has nothing to do with us and ended up having to pay for it or they would not allow us to check out. At check in we stated we needed 2 double bed rooms and they stated they only had 1 but the rooms had sofa beds, the worst. They was an inch thick mattress over the pillows of the sofa. The room had no a/c so I called the lobby and they sent maintenance to fix the issue, nothing was fixed. In the AM when I went to take a shower there was no water at all. At this point cant shower, flush the toilet or brush. Horrible. Ended up going to the lobby to request a change immediately, they said they would have to split the group to another building we had no option so took that. Come to find out A/C was not working here either. I sweated more while sleeping then being outside in the sun. Would never visit the Palladium again, ever.
