We recently returned from our anniversary trip to Royal Caribbean, and we highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing and romantic getaway. The restaurants were excellent, with our favorite on-site e...stablishment being Spices. We visited their sister resort in Montego Bay for dinner on two occasions, and we would particularly recommend Butches. The only drawback was that the shuttle bus could not accommodate all guests requiring transportation, resulting in an additional 30-minute wait. The entertainment was enjoyable, especially the violinist, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We opted for a butler suite, and our butler Andre provided exceptional care.

My family and I stayed at Royal Caribbean in April 2025, and it was so perfect. The service was always on point and all of the staff members say good morning or hello. I requested for icecream at the p...ool bar and one of the staff members got it for me which was great! They definitely go out of their way to help you. The food was so good, I miss it lol. But, there are many different selections of foods and restaurants. My favorite restaurant was Spices, because of the real authentic Jamaican food and also the Buffet was delicious. The one issue we encountered was the A.C in my room had an issue and there was a beeping noise that kept going off every few minute’s. We were moved to a smaller and less expensive room for 1 night as they had to outsource for the maintenance, the staff were afraid of carbon monoxide. The manager reported that because the room was smaller and not handicapped that we would be compensated for the difference. After returning home, we called Sandals and the 1st time the customer service agent reported that they would call back about the issue and they didn’t. They said they would call back within 48 hours but it’s been well past 1 week. Another call was placed this week and spoke with customer relations and received a number and a customer service agents name. We are hoping to receive a follow up call. Sandals unfortunately lacks with follow up requests. Hopefully the issue will be rectified soon.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and let me say that this was the most beautiful and perfect vacation we could have picked. From getting right off the plane, Sandals made everything so seamless.... We chose the butler service at the resort and were lucky enough to have Cooper and Rayo as our guys for our entire stay. These men are TOP NOTCH. They made the stay that much better and I couldn’t have asked for better guys helping us out along the way! When we go back (because we will!) I’d love to have these two again. Truly pleasant and wonderful people who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Cooper and Rayo! This vacation would not have been the same without you both! Now, the entertainment crew! You all were WONDERFUL!!!! Big shoutout to Happy Feet Malik and Achine the Machine! You both were so fantastic and were rays of sunshine in an already sunny atmosphere. Malik, your dancing is unmatched by anyone I’ve ever seen. Constantly moving and grooving, you brought the good vibes wherever you went. Achine, your voice and attitude carried throughout the resort. I loved hearing you sing “he lives in you”. That song means a lot to me and I almost cried listening to you. Watching the two of you do what you love was entertainment for sure! Thank you again!!!! All in all this was an 11/10 stay and I would highly recommend this resort and beautiful beautiful island to any and everyone! We can’t wait to come back.

We got married at Sandals Royal Caribbean and have nothing but the best things to say about the people, or stay and our wedding! Our butlers Shana and Andre (Jack) were awesome! The wedding people from t...he consultants to the hair and makeup and photographers were just the best! We are going back every year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time last week! We reserved a butler walk-out swim up suite and the experience was amazing!! Sandals experiences truly are top of the line!!! At first it was difficult to get used... to “just ask for anything” but our butler tag team of Monique and Kevoy were fabulous, attentive but never intrusive. They were kind and thoughtful even seemed to be very good at anticipating what we wanted or needed before we even knew it! They assisted in reserving our excursions, special treats, dinner reservations and even moved our pool chairs around when I had trouble deciding between sun or shade. The resort is smaller than some other Sandals locations but we enjoyed everything being so close and convenient. We are going to start saving again to go back as soon as possible!
