Such a nice hotel, perfect location! Everything was very clean and the service was wonderful!! A great hotel for families with children, lots of space and staff was great for needed accommodations. Special shout out to Chef Danny and his kindness! Check out this hotel next time you’re in Nashville!

Chef Danny for the win!

Angie A on Dec 13, 2024

Chef Danny for the win! Late night burger and truffle fries before bed was exactly what we were hoping for! I could have licked the Parmesan off my plate from those fries! But, I’m a lady so I used the fries as the vessel to parm Heaven! Danny even stopped by to thank us for stopping in.

Great spot for a night's rest, or a conference, while in Music City

Randy S (Seattle, Washington) on Dec 03, 2024

Went to Nashville for our annual conference and had an amazing experience, both for the conference and the trip itself. The hotel was phenomenal in working with me and my team to ensure it went smoothly. The location was a hit for our group, as out the backdoor and you're in the new food hall, and there is Broadway steps beyond that. The facility was well maintained, clean, and had all of the amenities.

Perfect location Great staff

Niere at the Front deck was five star!! So friendly, informative and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. We felt safe the whole time. Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff.

"Clever" tech cost me sleep

rcepuch (Reston, Virginia) on Nov 09, 2024

I was in a quiet room on a quiet floor (11), so imagine my horror when the alarm clock I hadn't even noticed when I went to sleep woke me rudely at a far-too-early hour – thanks to some previous guest setting it and most importantly, to the hotel not UNsetting it. Sure, it happens. It's happened to me before, at other hotels - but usually it's possible to turn off the alarm relatively easily. Not so at the Renaissance Nashville, where they seem to think it's important to feature "clever" designs that aren't user-friendly at all - especially when you're TRYING to sleep. As you can see from the pics attached, the clock is a simple cube. You turn the alarm off (or on) by pressing the big button on the top, IF you know to do so. In the likely event you don't, you need to turn on a light to figure things out, and that's easier said than done because the light toggles are really well-hidden under the light rail. (See 'em in the picture? Nope, but that's where they are!) Controls should be OBVIOUS, not hard to find or understand – especially in a hotel room in the middle of the night! Other than those things, this is an excellent hotel (but very pricey, including a $25 "destination fee" gouge). It's well-located, clean and the staff is friendly.
