Beautiful resort but the rooms were terrible

The resort itself was beautiful but the rooms were not up to par for a resort such as this. They said they upgraded us to ocean view but we got a room with a big water slide in front of our balcony with k...ids on top looking into our room. Also the room had many draws that were broken.
