Many comfortable features and a good location. But they need to redesign the elevator use!

We enjoyed their breakfast buffets and late afternoon complimentary wine. Our room was comfortable. The hotel's location is close to many subway stations, many restaurants and eithin walking distance of the marvelous Morgan Library. However, the elevators are dreadful. We spent much time waiting for one of only two that go to our high floor. The scarcity of elevators is aggravated by the housekeeping staff using the same two elevators guests use.

Thank you to Shea at Fairfield Midtown! When we showed up, my mom was very under the weather, and we were hoping for an early check-in. Shea worked hard to get us a room early, and even waived the fee for us. We greatly appreciated her kindness! The hotel was very clean, we had a good sized room and the rooftop bar was a treat! For being in Midtown and by Penn Station it was not super loud. Thank you!
