Nice hotel very close to Disneyland, somewhat let down by staff.

Grumpy2013 (Bromley, United Kingdom) on Jul 17, 2024

Hotel very close to Disneyland. Rooms are large with 2 double beds, but they are very firm. Separate WC and shower over tub. In room safe provided. Large LCD TV that would not show first 32 channels. Reported issue 3 times and was never resolved. Hotel desk staff were a little unhelpful. Location has several restaurants from IHOP for breakfast to Tony Roma’s for great ribs . Hotel has a large outdoor swimming pool with hot tub open 8am until 10 pm. You can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel.

Great location very close to Disneyland park entrance. Good size rooms with firm befs

A Disney good neighbour hotel only a short walk to Disneyland. Hotel was very clean, rooms a quiet large with double beds desk area and 2 seater chair which pulls out as extra bed. We did not use the pull out bed but it did not look very comfy. Main beds were very firm. Room has several storage draws, safe, tea/coffee maker, iron/ironing board, sink vanity unit. separate bathroom with wc and shower over bath tub. Hotel has a reasonable size outdoor swimming pool and hot tub open from 8am till 10pm The room came with a large LCD TV It would not show first 32 channels reported 3 times but the issue was not resolved. Checkout of our room was extended until 2 pm. Yet the room keys were locked out at 11.00 am. My wife was in pool and upon leaving the pool had no way of entering the hotel room to get changed, went to reception who wanted ID, what international traveler goes to the pool with there passport. The desk staff were quite unhelpful For a BonVoy hotel the staff let it down

Walking distance to Disneyland but a little dated

travelosivi (Panama City, Panama) on Jul 02, 2024

Great location to the Disneyland entrance which helps with saving time and money on shuttle/parking at dland. The rooms have exterior corridors which made me feel a bit unsafe at times as you can hear a lot of the noise as you walk at night. I did laundry one night and didn’t like walking back and forth by myself. However, it seemed like my room door wouldn’t shut by itself unless I pulled it strongly and we arrived to an open door one time and nothing happened. Our room had 2 full beds, a couch and a desk. We didn’t have enough table and seating space for breakfast. There is also a place to hang clothes but not really a closet. The room needs some updating for sure. There is free water in the lobby but it tasted salty lol The beverages they sell in the lobby and the little store were very pricey. Overall, it’s fine if you want to walk to Disney but don’t expect luxury

Disneyland has lost it's luster.

Showing it's age. Very disappointed with this property. The air conditioning never really worked well. Rooms are pretty beat up. There are no services like free breakfasts . We will not return . I don't know how families can afford vacations to Disneyland.

Terrible Experience from Start to Finish

Justin P on Jun 22, 2024

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. As a someone who stays at Marriott exclusively 15-20 nights a year this was the absolute worst one I’ve stayed at. First, we were told we would have conjoining rooms at checkin which was requested but when we arrived at the room we found out that wasn’t the case. Upon entering our room, we were disgusted to find it filthy. There were crumbs in the bed, dirty floors, and hair all over the bathroom. Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority here. The air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a lawnmower, making it impossible to sleep. To top it off, the toilet didn’t flush properly, causing everything to float back up—a truly revolting experience. As if all this wasn’t bad enough, they wouldn’t allow us to park on the property for a mere three hours after check-out. Overall, this hotel stay was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. With multiple other options I would avoid this place at all costs!
