This place is clean, and I very much appreciated that. However, the carpet was so dirty and stained I bought slippers because there was no way I was walking in my socks and that carpet. This hotel needs ...a major update. The hvac unit barely works and is probably older than I am. Everything in this hotel feels like I am stepping back in time. It’s needs a full renovation or tear down to be newly built. The walls are so think I could hear everything going on around me. If you are looking to really save money, this is the place for you. Spend a bit more to be more comfortable. The HVAC unit barely works. The room is so dark. While it was clean, and I appreciate that I was so happy to check out of here. Pleas renovate this old rooms, stuck in a different era.

Not a modern hotel but comfortable and clean. Good location. Denny’s breakfast was a nice touch. Staff interactions were friendly. ART bus stop right out front. It would be a long walk to the Disney Pa...rk gate. Shower only in our room was nice and big.

My husbands business had an amazing time staying at this best western. The staff- Jessica was so amazing, between getting grab and go breakfast, remember our names, communicating dennys vouchers and helpin...g accommodate any of our other needs.

We needed a room close to the convention center for only 1 night. This room was not far, maybe a 5 min walk. Worked out great. Very easy and fast check in. Friendly and welcoming. See pictures for room 548... (2nd floor). Good Stay. So glad we were able to get a room close by.

My daughter and I just returned from 4 days at this hotel. Although it is walkable, it was definitely a long walk after staying in the parks all day. The walls must be very thin as we had issues with the p...eople next to us being loud until almost midnight. We had to turn on the air conditioning to not hear them. We did tell the front desk the next morning as our phone in the room did not work. We will pay more and stay at the Park Place location on our next trip.
