The room was comfortable. The pillows were perfect. The shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and body wash was awesome. The pool was EXTRA clean. The walk to Disneyland was so easy! We were able to have bre...akfast in the restaurant and enjoy resting on our off day from the parks.

Best part of this hotel is location - you can walk 15 min to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Otherwise, the rooms are very old from the 1980's and need updated badly. Room was clean and comfortable. HVA...C worked great. Breakfast was nothing special.

Staff was awesome particularly a young man named John he was very helpful and knowledgeable about things I didn't understand made it very clear and easy for me to understand explain very well very helpful ...wish all the holidays at employees like him he deserves a pat on the back

The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and well stocked, lots of amenities, easy quick walk to Disneyland without any major intersections, free WiFi with good speed, I didn’t use the fitnes...s center or pool but they looked very nice and well maintained.

The best part was it's really close to Disneyland. What i think needs improvement is the rooms have no usb connection for the cell phones like other Holiday Inns also this Holiday Inn charged me for parkin...g first for me and I've stayed at plenty of Holiday inn also got charged for breakfast also a first but stay was good overall
