We love this hotel and have been staying here for years! The short walk to Disneyland, beautiful resort feel, quiet rooms and the most comfortable beds make it our home away from home for every trip to the... Happiest Place on Earth! The customer service is always amazing and Leo always goes above and beyond to make you feel like a VIP! I also recommend the food at the bar in the lobby! Always delicious!

We have been staying at this hotel for years and consider it a home away from home. As Disney Passholders, we used to stay at the Anabella but after they closed in 2017, we switched to the Anaheim Hotel w...here some of the staff had transferred. This has been our go-to spot ever since! Located right on Harbor Blvd, the Anaheim is a quick and easy walk to Disney's entrance gates, parking is easy (and cheaper than parking at Disney), Candi and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are always clean. It's the perfect place to call home while you're visiting the parks! We have tried a few other neighborhood hotels when the Anaheim was sold out, and they didn't even compare. Room prices and parking rates are grossly inflated, the staff is rude and the rooms are small. At the Anaheim, rooms are spacious, the retro decor is cool, there's a full bar in the lobby, the pool and jacuzzi are nice and never too crowded (they even show movies during the summer), and they have the best pizza in town at the Pizza Press. I cannot say enough great things about the Anaheim Hotel. We will never stay anywhere else and I always recommend family and friends stay here, too!

The hotel staff is amazing. Very attentive and good communicators. They all greeted us warmly any time we went to the desk. They listened to our questions and I never felt rushed. We had a couple of reques...ts (requested having the beds made/clean towels every day, needed our luggage taken up to the room and down to our car at the end of our stay and after we arrived we realized that we needed a roll away bed) that were all expedited quickly and efficiently. I gave the property 4 stars because 1.) There is no free coffee in the lobby for guests. The coffee in the room is just not the same as coffee made in a regular coffee maker. 2.) The hotel is worn. I don’t know a better word to describe it. The toilet clogged the first day. Maintenance had to come up and plunge it. The hot water in the bathroom sink took about 2 minutes to get warm. The bottom of the bathtub was very dingy. The AC was very loud the whole time it ran. It turned on/off with a big clunk. The curtain didn’t close all the way. Left about a 2 inch gap that let a lot of light in. Again, it’s not dirty. The hotel is older and getting worn. We would most definitely stay there again,

Great spot, very close to Disneyland which makes it easy to go in the morning, come back in the afternoon for a break, and back that evening. Hang out by the great pool on your break! Service was great..., especially Leo. We showed up early, they took our bags and let us hang out at the pool. As soon as the room was ready, they brought our bags up and came and found us to let us know at the pool. Lots of different out door areas here. Rooms are basic and all you need knowing you have so many things to keep you out of your room! I’d recommend this to anyone, especially young families like ours, you won’t be disappointed.

My partner and I recently made a trip out to Disneyland and decided to try out the Anaheim Hotel due to it's proximity to the parks, and were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel is a short walk fro...m Disney (less than 10min), the rooms were clean and comfortable, there were ton of fun things to do at the hotel from the outdoor games, pool & jacuzzi. To top it all off, the hotel staff was wonderful! We arrived early and they helped us get setup with parking and even an earlier check-in time. We will definitely be going back to the Anaheim hotel for our next trip to Disneyland. :)
