Awesome staff and proximity! Marissa, Kristopher and Leo are magic makers! Clean, helpful staff and wonderful housekeepers! Grounds are beautiful and lobby is great! We always stay here because it feels like home! Cannot wait until our next family trip!

I can't say enough about The Anaheim Hotel! We have been staying here for years and there is a reason we keep coming back. We are avid Disneyland fans and The Anaheim Hotel is perfect for all our visits. Not only is it an easy walk to the parks, but their staff and their hospitality is next level. Kristopher and the rest of the concierge team make each of our stays memorable. Kristopher is always asking what we need to make our stay better and we always have them running around getting extra pillows, water bottles...etc, and they gladly accommodate. They're the best! The Anaheim Hotel has become our home away from home! Stay here the next time you go to Disneyland!

The room was comfortable but I had to bring my own pillow because the hotels are too big for me. They were great for all the others. The maids did a great job daily. Christopher at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The doormen were so courteous and friendly.

A special shoutout to Candi, one of the front desk managers. She’s helped us make our reservations for the last several trips we’ve taken and her attention to detail is always above and beyond what we’ve experienced at any other hotel. We’ve stayed at the Anaheim more times than I can count at this point, and are Annabella Club members. We now have a 1 year old, and the location of the Anaheim is just perfect since we can easily come and go from the park for nap time. The pool is huge and there’s always classic jazz standards playing on the deck, and the atmosphere is just great. The standout though, that will keep us coming back regardless of the deals we can get elsewhere, is the outstanding service provided by Candi. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Hotel is very clean and really close to the parks. Lots of holiday Disney decor around the property. Definitely an older hotel but a great place to stay when the room is mostly used for showering and sleeping. Free coffee on site and great customer service from all the staff.
