Iris's exceptional customer service extended beyond our stay at the hotel. She provided valuable information about nearby dining options, helping us discover delicious local cuisine. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile truly made us feel like valued guests. Overall, our experience at the Anaheim Hotel was nothing short of amazing, thanks to Iris. Candy and Leo for the win! We loved our stay.

Perfect hotel outside the park. HUGE swimming pool with outside bathrooms. the little courtyard on our ground level room was an excellent additional space for our kids to eat and play. the CHESS and grass games were and absolute HIT for our two 6yo boys. The Manager, Candy, went above and beyond. Leo was a delight and so sweet when helping us at the door. I will for sure stay again.

Great return trip to The Anaheim Hotel

Stayed here for the third time. Best bang for the buck near Disney. Short walk to park, spacious rooms, nice grounds and pool and A+ staff. The rooms have plenty of room and everything you need. The bell and front desk staff are always so helpful. Happy to hold luggage if you arrive early or stay late at park. Parking feels very safe they always have security or bell staff watching the lot. Pool is huge! The grounds nice also, we needed to get some work done during a break from parks and their outdoor areas have places to get that done on a laptop so you don’t have to sit in room. Store has limited items. They also have Pizza Press right there and the front Room lounge staff friendly. Will definitely return.

Helpful staff

Staff was excellent; Leo was especially helpful with getting us situated with our luggage. Hotel itself is dated, but they are doing their best to fix that with renovations. The only main issue we had was with our room keys getting demagnetized often; we had to have our keys changed 2x due to this. Over all, I think this was a great place to stay! Very close to the parks! And the helpfulness of the staff more than made up for the inconveniences we had with the key cards.

Overpriced for average hotel

I was excited to stay here, but was underwhelmed. Room was spacious with 2 x queen beds and a courtyard, however the bathroom was tiny and rundown. You cannot fit more than one person in the bathroom at once and barely enough room to dry yourself in there. The water pressure in the shower was terrible - barely any water pressure and the water went in all directions - so bad that I was unable to wash my hair in the shower - I had to take a bath which took forever to fill. When taking a bath, the shower gel and shampoo was too high to reach, so had to keep standing to get that - which was both annoying and dangerous to do each time if taking a bath. The soap and shampoo should be in a position on the wall that can be reached whether taking a bath or shower. The resort has over 300 rooms but only 2 washing machines and 3 dryers!! Really insufficient for the number of rooms and the length of stay most families have. There was constantly a queue for the machines. They really need to invest in more machines here. Annoyingly out of my 8 nights here, my room was not cleaned for 3 of these days, despite me leaving a tip for housekeeping each day. We never left the room later than 11am and never returned before 6pm each day - this allowed at least 7 hours where the room was vacant - more than enough time allowed for our room to be cleaned. I called reception the first day it happened and asked that someone bring fresh towels. The very next day it happened again, so called reception again. You would think they would make note to make sure it did not happen a 3rd time, but it did. Yes, I made sure the 'Do not Disturb' was NOT on the door. Reception staff were nice enough and the reception area was comfortable with nice decor. I think this hotel is listed as 4* - I would not give it more than 3* and felt it is overpriced for what it is. I would consider staying again, however only for a much lower price.
