Overview
This Disney Value Resort allows you to feel like a character in your favourite Disney and Disney•Pixar stories. In addition to Standard Rooms, Family Suites offer the room families need to spread out in comfort. With four playful courtyards and animation-inspired décor, Guests will be surrounded by magic like never before. The Resort hotel draws its inspiration from four classic Disney Animated films: Finding Nemo (Family Suites), Cars (Family Suites), The Lion King (Family Suites), and The Little Mermaid (Standard Rooms).

We got off a Disney cruise and landed at the Art of animation at 955am, and we had a reservation. It was hot. Our room was supposed to be ready by 3 pm, but was still not ready by 445 pm. Our 4 yr old and ...3 yr old were forced to nap outside on the lawn chairs in the sun and were miserable for that reason. It was a really tough day after coming off the Disney wish where the service was top notch. Only got a room after threatening to leave. No communication from the resort at all. Will never come back and cannot recommend this place to others. The food is also mediocre at best and very expensive. This place is a nightmare. The large pool was also closed because someone pooped in the pool. That was the only reason we stayed here - for the pool.
Not Food Allergy Friendly

This resort is not allergy friendly and does a terrible job accommodating people with food allergies. There is only one food place on the resort, which hassled us while trying to buy a pizza and we only ha...ve top 9 allergies. In addition, kids with nut allergies can’t eat the smores. You should skip this resort if you have food allergies.
