Rude employees

The people at this hotel were rude. The people working the bar The night that we stayed were very rude. We stayed July7th and left July 8th. I will not ever go back. For the money I payed it was just a waste. I remember how Disney used to be. Not the same.
Fun themed resort for little kids
Casey S (Danville, Virginia) on Jul 08, 2024
We stayed in the Little Mermaid double bed room. The theme was so cute and fun for our 7 and 4 year old. The room was very small compared to the average hotel room, but there is storage room under the bed for suitcases and such. There's a pool located in this section of the resort which is very convenient; however, all other amenities are a little bit of a walk to get to. The large main pool was spacious but lacked ample shade options for guests. There were some parts of the splash pad area that were not working. The cafeteria style food option was nice for getting everyone something the liked. And the bus service was efficient for getting around to parks that aren't accessed by the sykliner. Overall the place was surprisingly quite to be a family resort and we loved having access to the skyliner.
