Perfect visit!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for 4 nights (in town for a concert) and truly enjoyed this resort! The grounds and facilities are clean and beautiful. The full kitchen was great, bedrooms and bathrooms we...re very nice (beds so comfy!) The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a minor issue with our patio door sticking and a very helpful gentleman staff member came to look at it within 20 minutes. The pool areas (towels provided) are lovely. We ate only at the poolside Calypso restaurant and it was great (you get $25 food credit daily included in the price). Market store was great with lots of yummy snack options. We ate primarily outside the resort however, our favorite restaurant was Miller’s Ale House. Loved this resort and would highly recommend!
Great resort. Food service needs improvement

My husband and I stayed at the Caribe Royale for 3 days while visiting Orlando. We absolutely loved the resort! The suites are very clean, spacious and with a very unique decor. The hotel grounds and facil...ities were also very nice and clean. This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and Disney World. They actually offer a free shuttle to the park for their guests. The only bad experience was at their Tropicale restaurant. We went there for breakfast, and after that we decided to eat the rest of our meals elsewhere. The service was very slow, considering how empty the restaurant was, the meals choices were limited, and the taste of the food was mediocre at best. We really expected much better for this kind of resort.
