We were so excited to try a Resort pass for the first time and thought this hotel would be ideal being close to Celebration and such a good location. We couldn’t have had a more unfriendly welcome at reception. In our booking it said you could arrive after 12 but due to traffic we arrived nearer 2pm. We were told our room wasn’t ready, yet we only needed it for an hour before going to the airport ! We were told they would have got it ready once we’d arrived at 12 which is ridiculous !! Being a travel agent it’s always good to see other accommodation to our usual bit our experience has really put us off visiting again. If the hotel doesn’t want Resort pass guests they should opt out rather than make visitors feel so unwelcome !!
