A disappointing and frustrating experience !

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The size of the beds is simply unacceptable for an establishment that claims to offer comfort. The beds were so small that we spent uncomfortable, even painful nights. It is inconceivable that at this price, the hotel does not provide proper bedding for adults. Moreover, communication with the staff was extremely poor. It was impossible to get clear answers or adequate assistance for our needs. We felt completely ignored, and the customer service seemed utterly disorganized. In summary, a very disappointing experience—avoid this place if you are looking for even a minimum level of comfort and decent service. TO ABSOLUTELY AVOID !!!!!!

We bought a week every other year at Westgate near SeaWorld. Property was beautiful. They took us to a remodeled 2 br that was awesome. When we booked our week they put us at Westgate towers. This is a rundown dump. It is old and poorly maintained. It’s basically a bait and switch. DO NOT BUY WESTGATE!!!!
