I appreciated being allocated a room upon early arrival. WiFi was very unreliable throughout my stay. Food at the bar wasn’t good - under cooked fries, cheese so dried out it was hard. Worst of all, housekeeping entered my room on the day of checkout before I had checked out! They removed all of my towels and soap, used the toilet (not flushed), removed the holder for the toilet paper, and left the toilet roll unrolled on the floor! It was obvious I hadn’t checked out (this happened between 8am and 11am) as my stuff was in the room. Checkout is noon! Reception didn’t seem that concerned and simply said they would ‘have a word with housekeeping’.

Ulysses at the front desk was so helpful and personable. He took great care of me and I appreciate it. The room was great, the fitness center was in great shape.
