Dirty towels, found hair on the bedsheets, and worst of all waited for our breakfast more than an hour and the waiter didn’t even bring our coffee. It literally took an hour and 15 minutes to get coffee. ...When I asked if the kitchen is busy or backed up, they said not really. Very weird and disappointing

This was a perfect stay for attending the BNP Paribas Indian Wells tennis tournament. The hotel goes above and beyond to provide excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast service was on point ...and we saw several pro players throughout our stay.
