I visited here for two days at a business conference. I was impressed by the energy efficient facilities and remodeled room and the very friendly staff. The pool river and slides were great for kids. Also the food quality was very high.
Amazing family trip!

We stayed for 3 nights over the weekend with 4 adults and 4 kids. The morning of our arrival, I received a text from the hotel saying both our rooms were upgraded to Villas! The Villas were wonderful! They each had a cute little backyard with a hot tub, seating, and a BBQ. The resort wasn’t very busy and there were tons of chairs open at ALL the pools, even the water park. We did rent daybeds and it was nice to have so the kids had a spot to lay down in the shade and take a break. The lazy river was the highlight of the resort, you don’t need to bring your own tubes but if you do, the lifeguards will blow them up for you. There is a CVS vending machine inside the hotel if you end up needing any medicine it has a huge variety and it came in handy for us. Our ONLY complaint was the food options. Breakfast is buffet only. Agave, the lunch/dinner restaurant wasn’t great our first night so we opted to leave the resort for dinner for the rest of our trip. Room service was also a disappointment. There wasn’t any real meals to order, it was just a few pre-packaged things from the grab and go market. The grab and go market was nice to have for random snacks and coffee though! Overall, we all had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!
