Great hotel, fantastic service by Shane!

I was here last weekend with a large group of friends and family. Shane was our server all weekend and truly made us feel welcome. His personal attention and easy attitude made us feel well taken care of. We were always happy to see he would be our server and made our experience there that much better!
A gross and terrible place to stay

Terrible stay beginning to end. My room wasn't ready at 4pm with no one able to give me and idea when it would be ready. They offered to downgrade (that's correct not upgrade) my room choice or waive my resort fees. I chose to waive fees I had a pull out bed for my kid, that didn't have bedding. The couch of the bed was also gross and stained. It took housekeeping 3 hours to get bedding to me. When I asked the desk they just said someone would probably be there soon. My room smelled Terrible, if I was to guess someone threw up all over my room and they did a terrible job cleaning it. No towels available at the pool. I figured if I swam and waited they would arrive as staff was aware but never in the 2 hours I stayed was new towel delivered or old towels removed. At check out I was still charged for the resort fees and my $50 resort credit available from Perks not used. I've called to get that taken care of but they were supposed to send me an invoice to show that and I've never received one after calling and emailing. If I had a choice to stay here again or sleep in my car, I choose car.
