My primary complaint is that my room, along with the twelve other individuals in my group, was paid in full well in advance of our conference. When I initially checked in, my debit card was charged $838.53 for the full amount of my stay. I informed the desk clerk the room was previously paid in full, and he made the correction in the system. There was also a hold of $300.00 for incidentals when it should have been $100.00 like the other twelve individuals in my group. EACH NIGHT of my stay, my debit card was charged an amount of $650.00 or more. Again, there should have been absolutely no charges on my card during my stay with the exception of the $100.00 fee for incidentals. When I approached the front desk to attempt to have my money returned to me, I was informed it would be 5 to 7 business days before I would see the money in my account. This severely impacted my trip as I depended on the money in that account for food and other necessities. I was only offered three $30 food vouchers and two breakfast coupons. I felt I should have, at a minimum, been offered a hotel voucher at a hotel of my choice! I can definitely say I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice place place to visit the stay was very warm and welcoming would definitely do it again very soon will be booking another experience sometime very soon will definitely recommend to friends and family to come and stay if they are ever in the area
