Nice place but too noisy for a return visit

Room was clean and updated. Location is great. However, this hotel is very noisy. You can hear people talking above you, next to you and definitely in the halls. Furthermore, if you get a room facing... Burnside, Club Trio is a huge noise problem. We stayed over on a weekend, and Saturday night the noise didn't stop until 3:00a. You could hear the DJ and the crowd inside the club. Which I don't get considering noise restrictions in Portland are 10p-7a.

Loved our stay! Clean, amazing design, and gorgeous restaurant/bar at the bottom. Amazing to be in such a central location to restaurants and concert venue. We didn't know about Next, just knew about Jupit...er (Doug Fir), but the reviews made me nervous that us old folks wouldn't get the quiet sleep we needed. Happy with our choice of Jupiter Next!
