Loved the whole weekend! Blanca is an amazing event host. Erik and Francisca in La Luce Italian Restaurant were amazing as was the food. It’s wish more of the restaurants and lobby had air conditioning but... otherwise an amazing stay! Ocean and pools were awesome. All inclusive is epic

Me and my daughter had an amazing time at Hilton Vallarta. The service is outstanding, the staff made a huge impact in our vacations. Food is amazing, the property is beautiful. The views and sunsets are b...reathtaking. I would like to personally recognize and appreciate some of your team members that I had memorable interactions with. First, Sandra Garcia at concierge, we didn’t meet in person but she was extremely helpful via email and was able to accommodate us and made dinner reservations. Juan pool server, he was very attentive and nice, Ernesto at La Luce, the personal touch, mentioning what was he’s favorite bread, the smile. Exael at Maxal, he is amazing, excellent service, he went above and beyond, he brought me 2 special spicy sauce when I told him I like spicy. His recommendation were on point and he was very nice and attentive. Armando Cocomar Bryan /karen Sunan Fernando / angel Auma Oscar /cocomar Hugo/ pool activities, he remembered my daughter’s name and say Hi to us every time he saw us. He made our afternoons fun at the pool with games Jared/ front desk. The amazing team/staff make this resorts one of my favorite destinations and definitely will be coming back. Thank you Hilton Vallarta!!!
