A perfect week of all-inclusive relaxation at Hotel Mousai!

We had an incredible time at Hotel Mousai! We stayed for a week and stayed in an ultra corner suite in the South Tower. Everything was perfect. The grounds were beautiful and clean, room had everything we ...needed. We loved all of the pools and the drink service. The food was wonderful and the staff made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Firstly, a huge shout out to Felix, Ernesto, Angel, Omar and Yan for looking after my wife and I at the Rooftop Pool Bar. You are all awesome and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Secondly, a big tha...nks to Janette, Alejandro, Simon, Christian, Erika, Luisa and Ricardo (bar) at Noi for looking after us for breakfast, dinner and drinks - I apologize if I have spelt your names incorrectly. And finally, to all the staff at Hiroshi who made our dining experiences unforgettable. Your food is so good and we look forward to experiencing your hospitality again in the future. On the not so good side was the daily room service and attention to detail to rectify any issues we had. Similar to our previous stay, we often had to ring reception for basics such as towels, mats and water. Added to this was a tiling issue in our jacuzzi that was bought to the attention of management early in our stay, but was not addressed. Both of these aspects were disappointing and can hopefully be improved for future guests. Kind Regards, T&S
