Visited from Dlorida and absolutely loved this place ! The food, the drinks ( one day I had too many ) , our room was perfect , we were in the main tower and had a great view of the pool and the ocean. The staff is fantastic , my hubby won the beer drinking contest haha, the entertainment staff were amazing and super fun, the mc Cesar was great. We booked two nights for supper , one at the grill and the other night at the Asian, we liked them both since we are not picky eaters. We will most likely come back and recommend this resort to our friends and family.

Horrible and disappointing as the rooms smell like mold, and there is signs of mold in the rooms. I viewed over 5 different rooms in multiple buildings and same problem. I pulled the kids out of there room because of visible signs of mold. I had to check out of my room because of mold, and front desk made me pay extra to get into a mold free room. But the room I am in smells like mold. Bathroom has no fan. Tiles are cracked on the floor. Service is just very poor and slow. Called for simple things like bathroom towel it’s been well over an hour and made another call for towels again. Don’t burn your money at this hotel , pay a little more and try the RIU collection of hotels.
