This resort is a solid purchase, the grounds are super clean, the staff are very friendly and the food is better than average but you don’t go to Mexico for the food. You go for the weather,pools and the r...elaxation which you get in the adult section. Family side is huge and busy, the chairs that you go down and try to reserve have a 45 minute time limit and the reason is that there a lot of Princesses and others that think they can have it for the whole day and not show up. They have 2 gentlemen working and taking pictures for proof of time..it’s a hard job but they are there to protect the others that follow the rules and Daniel is very friendly and is always working around the pool grounds. Front desk is friendly and accommodating and it’s very clean.

Great experience, Cesarat the Front Desk was a great help with our room. Food and service were 100%. Pools were family friendly and also the adult pool was a good get away. We did the deal of the day room ...and got ocean front. Ala Carts were great as well, America was the best server at the buffet.
