Great family resort with top notch food, activities, beach and pool. The Gym has to be updated with modern equipment, currently it has broken machines and looks low priority and would cause us to book else...where if this concern wasn’t resolved. Alberto in customer service was very helpful with anything we needed during our trip.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for several years now during our yearly vacation with our extended family, and it never disappoints! The food is always delicious with a wide variety of options, making eac...h meal a treat. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner, there’s always something for everyone, and the seafood restaurant is a particular standout – the seafood is absolutely fresh and mouth-watering. The service is consistently excellent. The staff always goes above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special mention to Mr. Javier Vergara at the customer service desk, who was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with our airline. He took the time to assist us and ensure everything was sorted out, showing true dedication to guest satisfaction. The hotel itself is beautiful, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. Last year we had a room with two double beds and bed bunks that was so convenient for our family. The mattress were comfortable. I agree the rooms could use a facelift but overall everything works great and the water pressure from the shower is remarkable! For activities, there’s something for everyone, from relaxing poolside to more adventurous options. This year we got to see the whales at the distance. It was fabulous! We’ve always felt like valued guests, and the staff remembers us year after year, treating us like family. It’s always such a pleasure to return, and we can’t wait to visit again soon!
