The hotel was magnificent, and we were gifted a bottle of champagne upon arrival for our honeymoon. The staff at the resort were all incredibly friendly, and the amenities including the pool and evening en...tertainment were fantastic. The food was delicious, with the choice of three different restaurants and a poolside kitchen. We had the most magical time and will definitely be returning.

This place is pretty rundown, showers barely work if at all, don’t pay extra for the hot tub, it doesn’t work. Don’t expect a 4 star hotel, it’s not one.

The room was clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful, we loved the spa and everything about this hotel! Good food, super nice and helpful staff, perfect location. You’re so close to everything! Th...ey said they’re remodeling soon, to upgrade the resort FYI.

We appreciate you going above and bey...ond. Food at the buffet was delicious and offered a variety. Excellent service from Raul, Francisco and Benjamin. Quality of food superior at Mole and fish house. Only one large pool but was big enough to not feel the crowd. Lots of pool and beach chairs. Entertainment staff were friendly. Enjoyed the pool aerobics and beach volleyball. The beach has fine, dark sand. Kids had fun building sand castles and jumping in the waves. Also nice to swim in the beach when waves were calmer. Lots of on site entertainment including pingpong, foosball, billards, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball and nightly shows and occasional celebrations. Highly recommend getting professional photos for memories to last a lifetime. Thank you Melia resort and staff for the cherished memories.

Experience was good, great location of the resort. Food was okay at the buffet and the two restaurants on the resort but the staff were excellent at their jobs and very pleasant towards us. The excursions ...desk had a lot of fun activities that we were able to book.
