We had THE best experience at Marival District Residences & Spa especially when checking in with Miguel Castro! We had a terrible experience earlier in the day at a condo called Narval & he turned our whol...e trip around with his kindness and upgrading us. We had so much fun at the pool & had great service with Edgar. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this resort!!!!! We can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding stay at the Marival. This is our tenth time to the resort and it continues to be outstanding. Easy check in with fantastic service from the bell boy Efrain. Always incredible service from Elia...n, Lamberto, Jesus and Octavio at Lemon Grass, Lisa at Brunello and Carlos at Mozzamare. Tuna tartare and Fajitas are a favorite at Mozzamare and the burger at Lemon Grass is so juicy. Kids loved the pink panther drinks and the top shelf liquor was appreciated by my husband. This resort is a higher price point and I feel like that’s reflected in the food and the ambiance. Tips are incredibly appreciated by the staff and always earned. All inclusive does not include gratuity for them. Will be back!

We stayed for a week and had a great time! The staff was amazing…Rene, Octavio, Oscar, Irvin, Kevin, all Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping and all the restaurant staff. The rooms are gorgeous and everyth...ing is so clean! We had a great time!

This is such a beautiful resort. It’s very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautifully kept as well. The food is excellent. Everything is fresh and delicious. The ...main pool staff are excellent and we truly appreciated our service from Octavio and Elian. Saul was a wonderful concierge and we appreciated his assistance. Everyone who waited on us was incredibly attentive. At the ocean bar we enjoyed interacting with Fidel who was in prevention services. He was welcoming and wanted to ensure we were enjoying our trip. Our pool service there was also excellent. We loved the mixology class with Aaron. The drinks were tasty and it was fun learning how to mix different cocktails. We also enjoyed the Chef’s Choice dinner one evening. The tables were set around the main pool area and there was a beautiful violinist playing during the meal. The food was excellent, as was the service. We truly enjoyed our visit here and plan to make this an annual trip.
