Dalia in the Bar Volare was an exceptional server. Pleasant to talk with and remembers us from year to year. This is the bar that we frequent. Dalia is very friendly and anxious to improve on her English s...kills, as are most of the service staff.

No hot water for 10 days. We are members and complained everyday. They did nothing to fix the problem. Because we have complained, they have threatened us and we do not feel safe ever going back here. ... Do not go here it is unsafe. Unfortunately too many things have happened at these hotels that we do not feel safe staying at any of these resorts. Even after talking to "Upper" management we feel less safe. As soon as you complain about something, you get threats.

Marival emotions is a beautiful place, the is okey but what is awesome is the entertainment staff they put on good shows and they are very fun at the night club especially Luis, Cesar and Daniel(flamas). I...rving is the good dj more than……………..

I was at Marival Emotions Resort for 13 days with my sister. I am a young at heart senior and my younger sister will soon be joining my ranks. We thoroughly enjoyed Marival. We spent quiet days at the pool... and were always happy when Alejandra was on duty. She was consistently courteous, most pleasant and helpful, as were the concierge and Guest Services staff. The “reservations only” Amalfi Restaurant was stellar in every way. The Casa Bella buffet was impressive with many diverse healthy selections available and often changing everyday. Chefs/kitchen staff were constantly checking and replenishing the serving bowls with fresh food. We always felt looked after by the dining room staff at Casa Bella. The bell boys were most helpful with summoning taxis for us within minutes. The 19 zip-line excursion was great fun! The resort provides one speed bikes and there was a beautiful, safe bike path that we rode all the way to Bucerias.

We had the best time! We keep coming back here as we get great service. We love Alejandra! Thank you Marival for giving us the best vacation. We love the Italian restaurant so much. And Guillermo is a wond...erful server there. Thanks again we will be back!
