Cesar is the best!! So friendly and very welcoming, 10/10. Super helpful with yummy drinks made to our taste, and so kind talking with us and making us his favourite drinks while being an excellent host an...d talking about his travels and what drinks we would like. Barceló has friendly staff, good drinks, and the best food at Los Arcos (I reccomend the tacos!) overall very helpful and pleasant staff and experience :)

Excellent service, cesar’s attention is really excellent, and those from the pool is very good all very attentive the clean and comfortable rooms, everything is good The drinks and meals are very good the ...rooms as I say comfortable and very clean, the facilities very good everything is close and the view is spectacular
