Very comfortable place, everything was kept tidy, pools, rooms, buffet area. We didn't encounter any problem during our stay. The buffet is remarkable and the staff is always helpful, and in good mood. The Grill restaurant was awesome, we had a very pleasent dessert. Thanks to Ignacio and Fatima for their great service, much appreciated.
Amazing 2-week All-Inclusive Mexican getaway! The Krystal Grand Resort has it all.

My husband and I enjoyed two spectacular weeks at the Krystal Grand in Nuevo Vallarta; August 7-21, 2024. Honestly we can’t stop telling all our friends, family, co-workers; you name it on what a great time we had. Food? Delicious. Something for everyone. The room? Extremely comfortable. Although dated in minor insignificant ways, they were cozy, very clean and the air conditioning was top notch. Shout outs to those staff that made our visit ‘top notch?’ Marco in Concierge. Loves his job and went over and beyond to ensure we were happy each and every day. Very good at his job and aiming to meet and exceed every guests expectations. ?? Jose Alejandro Montes team in the outdoor dining area; Alejandro and Javier. You made every meal a memory. Edgar!! Champ. Took care of every little need from the instant we arrived to when we finished our meals. And last but not least; Manuel, Enrique and Adrian. You guys are the best. Personable, friendly and hilarious. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable! So happy to have made many new friends in Mexico! This was my second visit to Krystal Grand. We’re already planning our return visit! Thank YOU all!!?? ?? We will be back.
