Best place with amazing staff!! Alfred was so fun and I loved his spirits during the fitness/stretches/dances!! Genna and Nicky were also wonderful. Bryan and all the other servers were extremely helpful a...nd welcoming in the restaurants! And all the lifeguards were super helpful :) other than the ocean being murky, I had sooooo much fun!!

The staff are amazing at this resort! We especially loved our wait/kitchen staff Wilton’s, Maria, Yueri, Emmanuel, Daniel, Kerley, Nathaniel, and Marcus. Our wonderful entertainment team, specifically Genn...a and Alfred. The resort is beautiful and there are staff cleaning 24/7 all anround the resort. Everything is easily accessible and there are beautiful views no matter where you explore on the resort. The food and drinks were amazing, and each bar was adequately staffed. Each meal served provided a huge variety of foods, and highlighted many different cultures. The Al carte meals were incredible!!! The entertainment team had different activities and performances each night. We have enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future! ?? Gracías Bahia Principe Grand!
