We got the standard package, not the platinum package. The grounds are gorgeous, especially at night. The beach is incredible. However, the vendors walking the beach selling all sorts of things are relentl...ess. They are polite, but unless you act like you’re sleeping, plan on saying no thank you 20 times a day. If you need the shade of a cabana, plan on walking up at 6am to get your things out there. Otherwise, you won’t get one. Rooms were nice, but our AC didn’t seem to work consistently. They give you 2 waters, cokes, beer each day. The help failed to give us any of this 3 of the 5 days, so that was disappointing. Food was really good and the buffet was incredible considering the amount of food they are serving. The liquor is not top shelf, so don’t expect that. The drinks are good, not great. Only beer they serve is local to the county, so if you’re a beer drinker, you have one option. Stay away from villas 20 and 22 if possible. We had 20 and there appears to be a waste water treatment facility on the other side of the fence. Outside of the villa you would smell it if the wind was blowing in your direction. Not great. All things considered, we loved our stay and plan to return.

Great food, service, and the beach was very big and beautiful. The main pool was very well kept and lots of room for everyone with the large swim up bar. The buffet food was very good and the restaurant...s were great especially the Italian food. Rooms and grounds felt like a tropical Paradise.
