Zel Punta Cana was my first resort experience and it felt very friendly towards me and my friends who speak very little Spanish. The activities at the resort were fun and relaxed and we felt absolutely no ...pressure at any point. There were also excursions that we booked (that cost a bit extra) with businesses partnered with the hotel. Many of the workers left a great impression like Giovanni, Leticia, Gendi, Edison, Ericson, and Happy Boy :)
The best vacation ever

We visited punta cana for our 10 year anniversary. Greeted by Rafy concierge and he was great. Made our stay very comfortable and informative. Richard the bellboy was very pleasant to talk to and anything ...we needed just to let him know. Abraham and flor the cooks were awesome. Anyelisa the hostess was great. We will definately be back. We love Melia and definately made feel at home... Zel rocks
