Had a great experience staff was amazing the entertainment was great Mata de coco kept us busy and our house keeper Natalie kept me stocked up and they are the best! I will be coming back. Overall best exp...erience ever. Hotels very clean everybody works so hard.
Great All Inclusive Hotel for Families - Impressive Premium Punta Cana

Great family vacation at Impressive Premium Punta Cana. I'd highly recommend for families, especially younger kids. The kids club was great, our daughter loved the activities and the staff - Mima and Danie...la - they treated her so well and came and found our daughter to let her know of other activities and times. The beach and pools were wonderful and easy to get a chair, and move between them. Bars were plentiful and our butler, Saul, helped us make all the reservations we wanted for dinner, helped me with other things and checked in on us everyday. The gym and classes were great, and they had many activities if you wanted to participate - I enjoyed the yoga at the end of the pier a few mornings. The buffets were plentiful and it was nice to have a separate area to go for breakfast and lunch and get a drink in the Premium space. We really liked the nighttime lady bartender in the Premium bar, but I don't know her name. The weather was great, the ocean was good for swimming with the barrier and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip, and we loved having a patio attached to our room as well. Our maid service everyday was impeccable, and we want to give Wildrins, our cleaner, a lovely review. She was so sweet and thoroughly cared about how our stay was going.
