We had an amazing time even with older kids ! Our butler José was amazing! He has set the bar high for any butler in the future! I could not have been more pleased with his service and the service around t...he resort! Everyone was extremely kid friendly ! I will be back for sure !!

Nickelodeon Resort Punta Cana was fantastic, and I truly don’t understand the negative reviews. If you’re traveling for your kids, this resort is a must! From the swimming pools and Aqua Nick water park to... the sweetery and character appearances, the fun is non-stop for the little ones. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and took care of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. It’s a true paradise for families, with activities that cater to both kids and adults alike. The Aqua Nick water park was definitely the highlight—our kids couldn’t get enough of the slides and the iconic sliming experience! The character meet-and-greets were magical. For adults, the food was decent—not quite world-class—but my kids ate very well, which was the priority for us. The resort strikes a good balance between family-friendly fun and comfortable luxury for adults. A few tips for future guests: - Be aware of the sales presentation for the Prestige Travelers Package—it can be aggressive. If it’s not for you, just say no firmly and don't let it wreck you holiday. - Sliming at the pool is free; you don’t need to pay extra for it. - While our room was nice and had a pool on the balcony, the bathroom leaked, and the door didn’t shut fully—something to keep in mind. The rooms are not maintained as well as they should be for a 5 star. - Tipping the staff goes a long way! We tipped $1 to cleaners, waiters, and station chefs, and the service improved noticeably. I want to give a shout out to Dahianna (rep) and Glady Sandoval (waitress). - This resort is all about kids—it’s not an adults-only luxury getaway, but Nickelodeon’s focus is entirely on making it magical for children. - The Space Walker experience wasn’t worth it, but the Italian restaurant was excellent. - While most staff speak a little English, remember this is a Spanish-speaking country, and the culture is wonderfully relaxed. - Skip the Character Breakfast—you can check your TV menu for where the characters will be at the resort and get great photos without the extra cost. - Fresco Bar offers an amazing chicken doner and chips—a must-try! - The cocktails were delicious, and the wood-fired pizzas at the pool were another highlight. Overall, it was an incredible holiday with just a few minor annoyances. We had a blast, and the kids were absolutely in dreamland. Highly recommend it for families looking for a magical getaway! If you want a hotel for kids, this is a must.
