We arrived around 5:30 pm. We were greeted by greeter and bell man. We went to the Reception Desk to check-in. We return to bell man station. The bell man walked our bags to the room. I was going to give h...im a tip, I noticed my money was stolen. I immediately notified the customer service desk. He took my statement.

Overall lovely stay, wonderful staff, clean room, lots to eat and plenty of sun loungers. Thank you to the staff that took special care of us, as my husband is disabled, staff helped us with the day to day... use of his wheelchair and ramps form in and out of the pool.

Hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Food was great, cannot complain. Only downfall was we got asked to do a travel club tour upon arrival which we didn’t realise would b...e a marketing presentation for 90 minutes - good if you are interested in joining the travel programme each year but for a younger couple, it was not for us and too much marketing for too long. Other than that, great trip and would recommend this hotel

Very good. Nice service. Amazing food. Beach was beautiful. Gym was very nice. Would absolutely come back again!

Visited Palace in May/2025. Everything was how we expected, and the pools and the beach are top quality. The only minor issue is that we felt that the hotel was trying to sell things to us at every moment ...(the hotel membership, massage, water activities... everytime, all the days).
