butler and concierge service were excellent, food was subpar and disappointing, what beach? Turquesa a much better value. Cap Cana was supposed to be an upgrade from Turquesa, not even close. I will not recommend Cap Cana to anyone.

Do not spend your hard earned money on this Resort. GO ELSEWHERE! Beach is horrible, no buffet, dirty and unkept grounds, staff is not helpful, outdated, we paid top dollars for a two stars hotel. If you want Cap Cana location, go to Hyatt Zilara, it won’t disappoint!

Had no idea what to expect and wow it was so nice. Really rushed the booking and didn’t even realize food and drinks were included. We only stayed one night and ate at the Gaucho and it really was amazing on all aspects. Service and quality of the meals was awsome. We picked the least expensive room w pool and marina view and it was still impressive. Great spot would def go back if I am in punta Cana again.

Staff was awesome. Food was mediocre at best and restaurant choices rotated only two at a time. No dinner buffet which would have been better than restaurant choices. Pool music was WAY too loud. Go to TRS Turquesa instead.
