We stayed at Impressi Premium for our honeymoon. The hotel is very beautiful, with free quality drinks and plenty of activities. The food is also very good with 5 restaurant options that must be reserved. We really liked the monitor "Gasolina" who was always very lively.

The activities were great and the workers were awesome. Had fun with all the activities and passing time laughing. Gasolina and chocolate were great, were friendly and genuine made me feel like home. Pool was clean and cool great time great people.

This was my second vacation at this resort- and will definitely book again This resort is incredibly beautiful 5/5 and the service was even better 10/5 We booked premium- and would highly recommend- our butler Jose went way beyond expectations! The only area for improvement is the overall food choice 3/5 - but this would not keep me from booking again The highlight of the trip is definitely the entertainment team - specifically Capuchino, Melvin and Brad Pitt! Lots of new entertainment being trained and they did not disappoint- loved Twin and Israel!! The bar service was excellent and the bartenders knew our orders and were very accommodating, especially Gabriel and Manuel. Overall an amazing vacation-lots of evening fun on the beach & can’t wait to go again!

I had one of the most relaxing and comfortable vacations that I have ever had. The staff were fantastic, from the room cleaners to the desk staff and on to the restaurant staff. I have visited 82 countries in the world but this is my second trip within a year to Punta Cana and I have to say that the people are friendly and courteous. I am seriously thinking of moving here because at 77 years of age I don't like cold weather any more. I will probably be making at least 2 more trips before the final decision is made but I will definitely be staying at this resort when I visit the Dominican Republic again. I give the Impressive a full 10/10 for everything and a full 5 star for a resort.

This place is a joke for a hotel. We arrived and since check in at 3 pm we have requested to fix the AC or give us another room. The maintenance crew has a flash light and a screw driver. The heat is inhumane and no one did anything to fix the matter. They “had no supervisors” in the shifts and couldn’t make any decisions. In short we got stuck in a room at a 100F and the hotel could care less. RUN AWAY!!!
