Our stay at the Nickelodeon Resort in Punta Cana was nothing short of disappointing. The service was awful, and we were bombarded with high-pressure sales pitches for the Prestige Vacation membership. The food was subpar—hot dishes were barely warm, and cold dishes were unappetizingly warm. Although they advertise 9 restaurants, half were closed for dinner, and the pools closed at 5 PM, leaving nothing for kids or adults to do in the evenings. The room’s mini-bar was laughable, with only two 8oz cans of beer provided daily. To get more, you had to contact the butler. For a resort marketed as family-friendly, it lacked entertainment and failed to create memorable experiences for kids. The cost is outrageous for what you receive. I would never recommend or return to this place. Total scam.

We stayed for 1 week at the Nickelodeon hotel and it was the worst experience we could’ve had. The food was awful and basic, the service by staff was terrible, unhelpful, and disappointing. None of them cared about the guests, seemed like they didn’t want to work there and they seemed lazy and not caring or willing to assist hotel stayers. Hotel rooms were kept unclean until 4:30pm most days, even though we’d left the room by 7am most days. They couldn’t cater for dietary requirements. If you’re vegetarian do not come to this hotel as everything is mostly meat related. There were no options nearby or outside the hotel for food or shopping, it’s a derelict place.
