Group of 22 celebrating my daughter and niece's 40th and 50th celebration. It was an amazing experience. I have been in many different AI resorts and I feel this was the best experience overall. We were ...already talking about the next trip will definitely be a Secrets or Impressions and may even be right back here!!!!

We recently spent a week at SRB in April. The lobby when you enter is pretty incredible. Check in was smooth, but we had to wait a bit for our butler/concierge to show us around the grounds, which are gorg...eous! His name was Cesar. Very nice. Checked up on us daily to see if we needed anything, but we really didn't so we made life easy on Cesar. Our room was a swimout on the lazy river in Building #3. The room was large. Bed was Comfortable and the pillows were great. The only drawback was there was a walkway between the patio and the pool and our loungers were just sitting on some crushed rock. The main pool is spectacular! Loungers were available all day and the staff picked up things if people just left stuff and weren't using them. Preferred Club pools were generally quieter with the exception of the one at the end of the lazy river which is pretty lively. Food overall was very good. Buffet was huge and has endless choices. Our favorite Ala Carte was the Bluewater Grill. French was a close second. We usually had breakfast at the buffet. Lunch at Olio with Charina , the singing hostess.And dinner at one of the Ala Cartes. Hibachi wasn't impressive. Food was good but show cooking wasn't. Ramonito, who works the buffet and the French Ala Carte is a great character. Special shoutout to Angela from Coco Cafe. The most outstanding Staff member I met. After only one day she remembered my daily order and usually had it ready to go when I arrived around 630 am every day. Miss you already. The beach is one of the best we've seen . Wide, long, flat and beautiful sand. Lots of loungers. Vendors could be a little bothersome, but not a big deal. Overall, a great resort. Beautiful grounds and pools.Good food and staff. We will return if we find a good deal in the future.

The resort was excellent. All public areas were neat, clean, and luxurious. We stayed here a few years ago as well and the rooms were in better repair at that time. During this stay, our shower head fell o...ff mid-shower, the towels and linens were stained at times, and our tub had cracks/noticeable repairs. The service was excellent at every level. Thanks for a great trip.

very nice place .good food and drinks excelente attention , good entretenimiento every night ,excelente personal attention , nice beach and a lot activity all the time,the transportation is except too ,the... all people so nice they are so respecfull people,

Everything was Fabulous, the service, the food and drinks and the rooms were top notch! Every employee we encountered had such a wonderful attitude and deeply cared about your experience. Carlos B was our... concierge and was so kind and attentive!
