Preferred Club is not worth it. Restaurants and entertainment is a little outdated. Buffet was best food.
First trip to Punta Cana

Resort was beautiful. Rooms nice. Service was great particularly the preferred swim up bar (Sammy & Rosa) were the best. Restaurant really only one stood out as being very good which was Bluewater Grill. As far as preferred and non preferred goes we were preferred but really do not see paying the extra. You get the same service at regular bars and restaurants as you do having the preferred title just more money out of pocket. We would go back again.

Highly recommended! Family of 10 all over age 22, everyone had a great time. Food and beverages were fantastic. One of our best vacations! Friendly staff and fantastic entertainment. The resort is beautiful and well maintained!

Not worth the money. My room was covered with mosquitos. It was my birthday trip and it was a disaster. Food was elevated fast food. Bathroom was nasty, full of hair. Complained about the mosquitos but no help. It was the worse birthday trip ever. No sleep. It was just aweful.
Family Vacation

Everybody was extremely nice. Food was wonderful and the hotel was beautiful. The staff made us feel like family. Eddy, Julio, and Modesto took care of us all week. There was entertainment every night with ample space for everyone. Thank you so much guys!
